Programming Emergencies
We Need A Web-Based Solution To X, Y and Z!
I am available for emergency solutions, but due to working a 9-6 job, my hours are somewhat non-negotiable. If you can't be helped during the hours of 6pm through 8am Monday through Friday or on weekends, then I am not going to be able to help at all. However, if that works for you? Give me a buzz.
Be Aware
Emergency Help is anything with a 2 week or less turnaround time required. The faster the turnaround requested, the higher the fee.
Software
My Programs Aren't Doing What They Usually Do?!
Tech Support of any kind is generally better provided by whoever installed the software in the first place, because hopefully they will be more comfortable / familiar with your computer system as well as the software that is having problems. But, if you are in a bind, and you don't have a dedicated tech support, I am available. Costs generally run at $150 per visit between 6pm and 10pm. If you need help AFTER 10pm, my minimum prices are $300 per visit. But no time is too late, no job is too hard.
Training
We Need Our Employees To Know This By X Date!
Custom training classes on your average office software applications are not a monstrous effort. The problem is finding the time and the location. My training availability is after my work hours, however, with enough notification, I can shift things around and make time for classes. Otherwise the average classes would need to be after 6pm or on weekends and your company would need to provide the location.
